Tony has over 30 years of experience in sales, recruiting, and personnel development and takes pride building and leading high performing teams in fast paced environments that achieve extraordinary growth.
Tony’s career started at Belden Wire & Cable and Panduit Corporation. His sales successes and leadership skills led to a series of management positions culminating in Vice President of Sales - North America for Draka Communications (Prysmian). During his tenure the division tripled revenue and doubled market share, securing contracts with Verizon and AT&T in the United States, Rogers and Telus in Canada, and Megacable in Mexico, as well as forging robust relationships with channel partners like Graybar and Power & Tel.
In 2011, Tony joined Sigma Technologies, Ltd., an engineering firm that specializes in outside plant telecom and power utility design. As Vice President of HR & Administration Tony directed all aspects of HR, including recruiting and learning & development, for a company that expanded from 48 associates in 5 states to 500 remote associates across 32 states.
Tony has a B.S. in Business Administration from Miami University and an MBA from The Ohio State University where he was a Weidler Scholar, graduating in the top 15% of his class. He lives in Mooresville, North Carolina with his wife Chris, where they support their church and the local animal rescue and are the proud parents of three Tarheels.
