Currently, KCI has over 4,000 TDM switches (DMS, 5ESS, EWSD, GTD, DCO) under contract where the majority is with Tier 1 Service Providers. All switches are supported by our full-time staff of engineers- all with an average of 25 years’ experience with the OEM. Quite a few of our engineers actually wrote code for these switches or designed the hardware while others managed the design and build-out and subsequently managed the OEM’s extensive labs while others manned the OEM’s ESAC.
