Jerry is responsible for all operations and delivery for KCI’s Engineering Support Center (ESC) division. The ESC is comprised of several teams that include Provisioning, Design, Service Activation, Managed Services and others.
Jerry brings more than 20 years of operational leadership from previous roles at BellSouth, AT&T and Windstream. He has led small and large teams, including Engineering, Network Support, IT Service Management and Call Center Operations with as many as 400+ employees.
Since joining KCI in 2020 Jerry has created an organization and culture within our company that has transformed how we support our partners. This approach has led to improvements in providing best-in-class service and numerous operational efficiencies which allow us to quickly provide solutions that meet our customers’ engineering and financial needs. Under Jerry’s leadership the ESC has turned into an integral part of our company, providing successful service delivery for KCI’s largest customers.
After being promoted to Vice President in 2024 Jerry’s primary responsibility continues to be the strategic direction, performance and profitability of engineering operations within the ESC.
Jerry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s of Business Administration. He is also a veteran of the U.S. Army.
