Jerry is responsible for operations and delivery for KCI’s engineering divisions. Those divisions are comprised of several teams that include Provisioning, Design, Service Activation, CTAC, NOC and other services.
Jerry brings more than 25 years of operational leadership from previous roles at BellSouth, AT&T and Windstream. He has led small and large teams, including Engineering, Network Support, IT Service Management and Call Center Operations with as many as 400+ employees.
Since joining KCI in 2020 Jerry has created an organization within our company that has transformed how we support our partners. His approach has led to improvements in providing best-in-class service and numerous operational efficiencies which allow us to quickly provide solutions that meet our customers’ engineering and financial needs. Under Jerry’s leadership our operations have elevated to new levels, as we provide successful service delivery for KCI’s largest customers.
After being promoted to Senior Vice President in 2025 Jerry’s primary responsibility continues to be the strategic direction, performance, growth and profitability of KCI engineering teams.
Jerry holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Master’s of Business Administration.
He is also a veteran of the U.S. Army.
