Clay began his career with KCI in 2010 as a field technician after serving 4 years and 2 tours with the US Marine Corps.
During his first few years with KCI, he was able to learn from senior technicians the ins and outs of the telecommunications world. Clay’s work ethic and ability to learn quickly helped him advance into a field supervisor position, where he learned to manage individuals and assist with project management. Since then, he has held Operations and Project Management Positions, further perfecting his knowledge on project management, overseeing project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion of projects with minimal risk and delay.
In 2022 Clay was promoted to Director of Implementation and Installations Services, with the goal to maintain the division’s focus while ensuring all goals and milestones are met.
